1. Protection of your personal data
We are pleased about your interest in our company, products and/or services and want to ensure that you feel safe while visiting our internet pages with regard to the protection of your personal data which we take very seriously. Complying with the regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Law is a matter of course for us.
We would like you to know when we collect data und how we use it. We have taken technical and organisational measures that ensure that the provisions concerning data protection are complied with, both by us and by external service providers as well.
2. Personal data
Personal data is information concerning your identity. This includes for example data such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. When using our website you do not have to disclose personal data. In certain cases, however, we need your name and address as well as other information so that we can provide the requested services.
The same applies for instance to the forwarding of information material and ordered goods or to the answering of individual questions. When this is required, we point this out to you accordingly. If you utilise our services, as a rule we only collect data that we need to provide the services. If we ask for additional information, this is voluntary information.
Personal data is only processed so that we can perform the requested service and safeguard our own legitimate business interests.
3. Intended use of your personal data
The personal data which you have provided is exclusively used for the purpose of answering your queries, processing your orders or to provide you access to certain information or offers. For the purpose of maintaining customer relations, it may additionally be necessary that the service provider appointed by us uses this personal data in order to inform you about product offers that are useful for your business activities or in order to conduct online surveys so that we are in a better position to cope with the tasks and requirements of our customers.

5. Data, which is automatically recorded while our website is being visited
For organisational and technical reasons, the following data is stored when using our websites: the names of the accessed sites, the browser used and the operating system, the date and time of access, the data quantity transferred, the search engines used, the name of the site from which the data file was requested, the names of the downloaded data files and their IP address.
We analyse this technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes, in order to continue to optimise our Internet presence and to make our online services even more attractive. This anonymous data is stored separately from personal information on secured systems. It does not allow your identity to be determined at all.
6. Cookies
If you visit one of our websites, it may be that we store information in the form of a cookie on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are sent by a web server to your browser and are stored on the hard drive of your computer.
Whilst doing so, no personal data of the user is stored, only the Internet protocol address. We reserve the right to change our security and data protection measures if this is required due to technical developments. In these instances we will also adjust our information on data protection accordingly. Please therefore take note of the most current version of our privacy statement.
10. Links
In case you use external links that are offered within our website, this data privacy statement does not extend to these links. Insofar as we offer links, we ensure that no illegal contents were recognisable on the linked websites at the time of the setting of the link. We do not have any influence, however, on the commitments other providers make towards data security and internet safety. Please inform yourselves at external web sites about the data protection commitments applicable for that site.

11.1 Use of Google Analytics

The collection and storage of data can be contradicted at anytime with effect in the future. In view of the discussion on the use of analytical tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" so that IP addresses are only processed further in abbreviated form to prevent them being directly linked’’.
11.2 Browser-Add-On for deactivating Google-Analytics
The Browser-Add-on for deactivation of Google Analytics gives the website visitor more control regarding which data from the accessed websites is stored. The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that information about the website visit should not be sent to Google Analytics.
